What is stolen vehicle tracking?

This is a method of locating and tracing stolen vehicles, through the use of professionally installed systems that employ GPS/GSM/GPRS, VHF (Very High Frequency) or ADR (Automatic Driver Recognition) technology. They are stealthily integrated and properly secured to ensure that thieves don’t notice their presence and try and deactivate them. How does stolen vehicle tracking work?

How does a ghost immobiliser work?

Ghost immobilisers work by inserting an extra layer of protection between the engine and the ECU, making it impossible to start the car without the correct key or fob. The system is wired into the car's electrical system and can only be deactivated using a unique code, the correct key or fob, or in the case of some more modern products on the market, an attached smart phone app.
